Sailing plans & reports for the coast

Wednesday 22nd June - Derwent

Wow .... the best windsurfing day of this year , and possibly last year... I'm just going to ignore all of XC weather, wind guru from now on and concentrate on the Derwent weather info, and even take that with a pinch of salt. ... i.e.if there is any chance go up when its a club day ( I know its easier for me being retired ).

Dickon and I, almost constant planning, Dickon to the dam ( I had a mechanical problem in that the rope holding the Boom to the mast failed and just wobbled back with it expecting to go at any minute ), replaced it, then had at least 2 hours planning from the club house to hunter house.... just great.

Now pleasantly shattered but with a warm after glow
