Xmas Night Out

Unread postby richie » Wed Oct 02, 2013 7:36 pm

Last year a few of us went out for beers and bit of food in a Xmas night out styleee. If there is any interest, I'd be happy to organise something similar this year.

I'll look in to dates over the next week or two, but for the time being I'd appreciate thoughts and ideas - and an indication of whether people are up for it.

So far curry seems to be a favourite. Looking into options.

Righto! I've sorted our Xmas night out. I've booked the Rasoi Indian restaurant on Dean Street (a couple of doors up from LD Mountain Centre), provisionally for 20 people at 1930 on Sat 07 Dec 13. I've been here a few times and I have to say, it does a jolly splendid ruby.

So I propose we meet in the Crown Posada from 1830 onwards for pre dinner drinks, then head up to the curry house. After food I'm sure there will be a contingent who are up for a few beers in town (if any of the kitesurfing boys are joining us we can always swing by the Pink Triangle for them).

Please can you least me know if you would like to come by either posting on here or texting me direct. WAGs welcome. If you are waiting for a better offer please don't leave it too long as it makes it a pain in the ass trying to organise stuff.
